IMPORTANT NOTICE

⚡ Temporary power interruption throughout the resort 2x daily for up to 20 minutes each time due to generator switching. Currently at 10am & 5pm, subject to change depends on resort operational requirements. 
However, electricity available 20 hours daily during low occupancy. Temporary power shutdown 2x a day for 2 hours each. Currently at 10am - 12 noon & 2pm - 4pm, subject to change depends on current hotel occupancy. Kindly refer to sales/reservation team for the occupancy update.

🏙️ We do not have lift in our building.

🛏️ Extra mattress/bed and baby cot are NOT provided. All booking must be according to the number of beds in the room.

⚠️ If the number of adults upon check-in exceeds the maximum occupancy allowed for the room, a penalty of MYR250 per additional adult per night will be imposed. This penalty is strictly a surcharge for exceeding the room's maximum occupancy limit. It does not include breakfast, room amenities such as pillows, blankets, shower gel, towels, etc., nor does it include any extra bed or mattress.

📶 Mobile network coverage on the island is limited. CelcomDigi, Maxis (Hotlink) & Unifi generally provide the most reliable coverage at the resort. Signal strength may vary depending on weather conditions and location.

OTHERS

• Complimentary welcome drink is provided upon check-in only.
• Beach towel is not provided.
• Pool towels can be borrowed from the Reception Counter with a refundable deposit of MYR 10 per towel, payable in cash only. The deposit will be refunded immediately upon the return of the towel.
• No pets allowed.
• Not allowed to bring all electrical appliances such as electric kettle, rice cooker, iron, portable stove and hair dryer.
• Currency change service is Not provided.
• Room service is Not provided.
• Make up room service is available upon request within 0800hrs - 1600hrs everyday and once a day.
• Room amenities such as bath towel, shampoo, shower gel & etc provided in each room are following the maximum room capacity. Extra amenities for extra adult/child need to request at resort reception with charge.
• Our property is Non-alcohol area and smoking is Prohibited inside all AC rooms, hall and restaurant/dining area. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of MYR 500.00.
• Guest shall take all reasonable and proper care of the room and its furniture, amenities, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of condition as at the commencement of the stay period. The resort reserves the right to charge accordingly if any damage caused by guest to our belongings before check-out.
• The resort will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings.
• Kindly advise us in advance should special needs assistance is required, eg : wheelchair, special dietry meals, etc.
• The nearest airport from Kuala Besut Jetty is Kota Bharu Airport (KBR), about 50 mins drive away.
• There is no Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in the islands. The nearest ATM machine is located at 7-Eleven Convenient Store at the Kuala Besut Jetty area.
• There is no licensed Money Changer in the islands. The nearest Foreign Currency Money Changer is located at Jerteh Town, about 17km from Kuala Besut.
• The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add the conditions at any time without prior notice.
