To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, kindly review the following terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

  • All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Date amendment or postponement is allowed:
    • Must be requested at least 7 days before arrival
    • Subject to availability and applicable surcharges
    • Allowed one time only
  • New travel date must be within the same year (valid until October), otherwise booking is forfeited.

Terma & Syarat

All reservations at Arwana Perhentian Eco Resort & Beach Chalet are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

However, guests may request a one-time amendment or postponement of their stay, provided:

  • The request is made at least 7 days prior to arrival
  • The new dates are subject to room availability
  • Any rate difference or peak season surcharge will be applied

Failure to meet these conditions will result in the booking being fully forfeited without refund.
