1. Check-in time (room) is at 1400hrs and Check-out time (room) is at 1100hrs.
2. Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability of room and not allowed on the public/school holidays & peak season (June - August).
3. Late check-out between 1100hrs - 1400hrs will be charged MYR 100.00 per room. Exceeding check-out time after 1400hrs will be charged as additional one (1) room night charges.
4. Guests are required to present a passport or identification card and booking confirmation invoice during check-in for registration & Malaysia Tourism Tax collection purpose.
5. We accept payment by cash, online bank transfer, QR pay & credit/debit card (except AMEX).
6. Currency change service is Not provided.
Hotel Policy
1. Breakfast is included based on the maximum room capacity.
2. Extra mattress is Not provided. All bookings must be according to the number of beds in the room.3. Additional adults exceeding the maximum room capacity will incur a penalty of MYR 250.00 per adult per night.
4. Complimentary welcome drink is provided upon check-in only.
5. No pets allowed and guest is Not allowed to bring all electrical appliances such as electric kettle, rice cooker, iron, portable stove and hair dryer.
6. There is No television (TV) in the room/chalet and we do Not have lift in our building.

8. Room service is Not provided. Make up room is upon request and available everyday at 0800hrs - 1700hrs.

11. Our property is Non-alcohol area and smoking is Prohibited inside all AC rooms, hall and restaurant/dining area. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of MYR 500.00.
12. The only accessible mode of transport to Perhentian Islands is via boat from Kuala Besut Jetty or neighboring islands of Lang Tengah or Redang.
13. Guests are advised to proceed to the Kuala Besut Travel & Tours boat counter upon arrival for boat transfer arrangement to the island.

Sharing Speed Boat Schedule (30-40 Minutes Per Way):
● Jetty to Resort: 0800hrs - 1600hrs (every one hour) & unavailable on Friday 1300hrs (Please arrive at least 30 Min before)
● Resort to Jetty: 0800hrs/1200hrs/1600hrs
14. There is no guarantee on type of speed boat to be used. All boats are fully licensed and insured under the law of Marine Department.
15. Guest shall take all reasonable and proper care of the room and its furniture, amenities, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of condition as at the commencement of the stay period. The resort reserves the right to charge accordingly if any damage caused by guest to our belongings before check-out.
16. The resort will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings.
17. The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add the conditions at any time without prior notice.
Additional Information
1. The nearest airport from Kuala Besut Jetty is Kota Bharu Airport (KBR), about 50 mins drive away.
2. There is no Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in the islands. The nearest ATM machine is located at 7-Eleven Convenient Store across the road at the Kuala Besut Jetty area.
3. There is no licensed Money Changer in the islands. The nearest Foreign Currency Money Changer is located at Jerteh Town, about 17km from Kuala Besut.
Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy
1. All payment made after confirmation is Non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, however request of Date Amendment or Postponement booking can be made.
2. Request for Date Amendment or Postponement booking can be made one time within seven (7) days before travel date with reasonable reason and depends on the room availabilities and peak surcharge apply.
3. The new travel date is valid until October only (same year). Otherwise, the payment will be non-refundable.
4. The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add the conditions or withdraw the package with seven (7) days notice.
